Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How does this company bill for services?
If it's for Lawn Care Services, we bill in equal monthly installments. Simply, we take the estimated number of cuts we plan to do at your property and multiply that by your price per cut. Once we get that number, we then divide that by how many months are in the season. For example, if your price per cut is $25 and we plan on cutting your property 28 times in 7 months, the monthly installment would be $100. (25 x 28 = 700 and then 700 / 7 = 100) Final invoices for the season will be adjusted if the estimated amount of cuts is not reached!
For any other services like a Spring or Fall Clean Up, Weeding, Bush Trimming, etc., those are quoted individually to the Customer and payment is due once the services are completed. Please keep in mind that services over $300 may require a deposit.
Snow Removal is billed very similar to how we bill for Lawn Care Services except we do require a deposit to hold your spot on our Snow Schedule. Quotes for Snow Removal are individual to the Customer.
Q: How do you keep track of how many times you service a property and what services were completed?
Our system allows us to keep track of our services by utilizing Job Forms. Job Forms are sent to Customers once one of our Crews completes a service at a Property. It details what was done at the time of service and has a note section for any advice our Crew may have to improve the property. Our Scheduling Software uses a GPS system so Job Forms can only be completed for a property if they are within a certain radius of the Customer address.
Q: What happens if there is inclement weather?
We do our best to keep our Customers on schedule, but the safety of our Crew and quality of work are most the important. In the case of Thunder, Lightning, or Extreme Weather Advisory, our Crews don't work and the scheduled jobs are rescheduled to the next day of clearer weather. That way we are insuring our Employee's safest and that our Customer's lawn looks it's best since our equipment has a lesser chance of damaging a rain logged lawn.
Q: Can I request a specific day to have my service done?
We try to accommodate our Customer's requests as much as possible. We schedule Jobs by region so depending on the requested day, we may or may not be able to schedule your Job on the requested date.
